Man, 35, held in prison over alleged rape

An Osogbo Magistrate’s Court on Monday ordered Faheem Onalore, 35, to be remanded in Ilesa Prison for allegedly committing rape. The Magistrate, Mrs Halima Bashiru, said the order was due to the gravity of the offence. The prosecutor, Mireti Wilson, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Feb. 14, at about 9.30p.m., at Iwo area.
